FLASHBACK FRIDAY!
Egyptians were the first to use “cosmetics” to accentuate a specific part of their body.
ANSWER: Their eyes! They believed the eyes were the mirror to the soul and could be interpreted as evil or good. They used powdered kohl, crushed ant egg, plant stems, etc to make eye paint.
